Project 2.

Project 2 is a system that was installed as building and Process Heating in a wheel and tyre assembly building in a ‘Just-In-Time’ operation.

The building is 11,000 sqm Floor Area x 15m high

The Building Is Operational 90 hours a week
The SIGMA III-4 High Efficiency Radiant Heating System provides comfort for employees at +19oC

The tyres need to be heated to +18oC as a minimum to keep them pliable for fitting, this is done by storing them in the building 

Doorways are heated by a dedicated door-heating system to prevent cold air ingress with Delivery Trucks entering & leaving Building collecting finished products and delivering tyres.
